HealthKit Data

Venturi integrates with Apple HealthKit to read and write workout data. We only access HealthKit data you explicitly authorize. You can revoke this permission at any time through your device's Health app settings.

We use HealthKit data solely to:

• Sync your workout sessions to Venturi
• Save new activities you record in the app
• Provide activity tracking and analysis features

We never sell or share your HealthKit data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Garmin API Data

Venturi may integrate with Garmin APIs to provide connected features. When you connect your Garmin account, we receive data that you authorize through Garmin (such as activity, health, and device data). We use data provided via the Garmin API(s) only to:

• Sync your Garmin activities and health metrics into Venturi so you can view and analyze them in the app
• Display your sessions, routes, and stats (e.g., distance, duration, heart rate) within Venturi
• Improve and personalize your experience (e.g., linking activities to foil spots and gear)

We do not sell or share your Garmin data with third parties for marketing or advertising. We process and store Garmin data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and only for as long as needed to provide these services. You can disconnect your Garmin account at any time from the app, which will stop further data sharing via the Garmin API.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: With trusted third-party services that help us operate the App (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, payment processing)
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government regulation
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

Public Profile and Activities

Some information you provide may be publicly visible, including:

• Your public rider profile (name, profile photo, public activities)
• Activities you share on foil spot pages (unless you enable "Keep my sessions private")

You can control privacy settings for your sessions in the App's Profile settings.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption, secure data transmission, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Delete your account and associated data
• Opt out of certain data collection (e.g., analytics)
• Revoke HealthKit permissions
• Export your data
